Patent Pending battery testing

AES' patent-pending ATPPRIME is a battery test system designed to hold up to 48 cells over four full-extension shelves. The self-contained fixture fits into a specially engineered environmental test chamber to maximize airflow and keep constant temperature conditions. IGUS track ensures wiring stays in place when shelves are moved and batteries are switched out.

Pack cells connect to a universal adaptor using a 32-pin connector. The battery interface board includes Maccor's proprietary RS-422 circuit technology which converts data to these common communication methods: System Management Bis (SMB), Inter-Integrated Circuit (I³C), High-Speed Data Queue (HDQ).

Pack Capability:

SD (Serial Data, aka SDA)
YT (Power)
DG (Digitial Ground)
SC (Serial Clock, aka SCL)
Force (F+ & F-) and Sense (S+ & S-)

An integrated auxiliary circuit for each channel in included. Adding a connector to the universal 2-pin molex allows you t0enable secondary voltage reading that is customizable power exchanges and a variety of other signals.

Temperature Range: -20°C to 80°C (-4°F to +176°F)

Humidity option available: 10% to 85% RH

Standard Maximum Current: up to 70 amps, continuous at ambient. Please inquire for higher ampere applications.
