HDP-564 Model is the high-performance version of AES' popular sister model, also a 64 cubic foot (1812 liter) working volume, floor-standing environmental test chamber with temperature and humidity.
STRUCTURE. The internal workspace is lined with type 304 stainless steel for a vapor-tight internal construction. The exterior has a durable powder-coat finish over heavy-gauge steel for a long-lasting clean look. Between the two layers is highly-efficient, low k-factor, thermal insulation. This chamber is built to last for many years.
PERFORMANCE. Test your product faster with a 15hp single-stage compressor combined with a suggested water-cooled condensing system. With average pull-down times of 8°C/minute and average ramp rates of 10°C/minute. AES chambers allow you to maximize product testing efficiency without sacrificing quality.
HEATING SYSTEM. HDP-564 test chambers feature heating systems equipped with open ceramic-core nichrome heaters for reliable and accurate temperature control within ±0.5°C.
COOLING SYSTEM. The cooling system in the HDP-564 consists of a self-contained mechanical refrigeration system with a cascade configuration, and an air-cooling condenser. An optional water cooling-condenser is available.
Add boost cooling with liquid LN2 or CO2 for even faster pull-down rates. It's a great option for stress tests that require rapid cooling. Even without boost cooling, AES’ standard cascade refrigeration systems have the fastest standard change rates of any environmental test chamber manufacturer. See Basic Specifications tab below.
HUMIDITY SYSTEM. The humidity system has an atomizer system and a steam generator and dehumidification coil, giving a humidity range of 10%RH to 98%RH.
