How to Export Data with AESONE CONNECT®

Learn how to export your chamber data through AESONE CONNECT®, our remote monitoring software. This article will also go over how to back up your data.

Exporting AESONE CONNECT® Data

Before exporting your test data, select the Graph Settings menu on the AESONE CONNECT® dashboard and make sure all the parameters you’d like to see are selected. These parameters include Setpoints, Inputs (the actual temperature/humidity readings from the chamber during the test), and Loop Powers (the output power of the temperature/humidity systems during the test). If you’re sending test data to AES Support for review, please make sure that the Toggle All option is selected on the Graph Settings menu before exporting the data.

Next, navigate to the Date/Time Range menu above the main dashboard, this is the menu with the clock icon. From here you can choose the time window for the data you’d like to export.

Once those menus are both set to your liking, navigate to the Export Data menu. From here you can set a few additional parameters for the data such as the time zone it’s displayed in, whether the temperature is measured in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and which file type you export it as. Once that’s complete, click Download at the bottom of the menu; the test data will save to your computer as either a CSV or TSV spreadsheet file.

Accessing the BackUp File

AESONE’s BackUp file will allow you to view a number of different settings that aren’t readily accessible on the software itself, including a complete Alarm Log spanning the chamber’s lifetime. To download this file, navigate to the About menu on the AESONE dashboard and select the Chamber tab under the Support menu. From there, click on the Actions dropdown box in the top right and select BackUp; the BackUp file will then save onto your computer as a zip file. You may be prompted for a password before the file will download; if an admin password has not yet been set up for your chamber then the default password will either be AES or aes.
