The challenge? The project required a massive internal workspace capable of handling a 30kW live load and 3,000 lbs of aluminum while maintaining precise 1.0°C/minute ramp rates. Furthermore, the system needed to achieve deep sub-zero temperatures (65°C) and manage complex humidity requirements, all within a footprint that required a remote machine pack and a specialized modular installation.

This solution was custom-engineered to meet safety and sustainability testing demands in simulating harsh environments while managing high-wattage heat dissipation from the units under test.
