AES is proud to offer a variety of controllers with our environmental test chambers. From simple push buttons to beautiful touch screen displays, we have the PID controllers to fit your needs. Most of our controllers can be programmed with profiles to run a long test with any variety of conditions that your chamber can handle. 

Standard on all LH, FD, HD, SM, SD, BHD, & Walk-In Series Environmental Test Chambers

You can now monitor your environmental testing away from the chamber. Enabling communication, AESONE XCHANGE is hardware that lives inside your test chamber opening a world of access.

When AESONE XCHANGE is connected to your test chamber’s controller and your company network, you get access to AESONE CONSOLE. A web-based dashboard view lets you monitor your test chamber remotely as a device is undergoing test. The home page is a side-by-side view of the setpoints and current temperature and humidity, and a customizable graph. AESONE CONSOLE software allows you to operate your chamber on a full-screen monitor at your desk or remotely on a laptop or tablet. View real-time readings, and control your chamber's temperature and humidity. 

A full-screen-mode graph allows you to view and monitor live and historical data with a pause-and-resume feature while the chamber is running a test profile. 

From a web browser, you can move between profiles, create new profiles, edit, and save them. The profile builder uses an easy drag-and-drop interface that makes choosing steps and rearranging test profile steps a breeze. 

Using a shared chamber is not a problem with AESONE XCHANGE security features, which decrease test interference with three authentication methods and six permission levels controlled only by the administrator.  

Dimensions:  Embedded software allows you to work on a full screen at your desktop or remotely on a laptop or tablet. Ask for the optional touchscreen monitor to mount on the chamber for full-screen access, or plug your laptop in when you're working at the chamber.

The F4T has 4-channel control as well as easy-to-set-up custom profiles. This enables you to easily adjust profiles in the controller without having to worry about deleting or messing up pre-existing profiles. The F4T has Modbus over TCP, RS-232, and RS-485 communication capability. The ability to connect to optional data-logging is available via after-market auxiliary computer-based software.

The Watlow EZ-ZONE PM is a push-button controller with segmented displays. It has optional RS-232 or RS-485 serial communication. This controller is standard on LH, BD, and MX Series environmental test chambers.

One of the most important things while running product tests is to record your data for review. At AES, we offer multiple types of chart recorders to give our customers a variety of data recording options. From circular pen chart recorders to a web-based exchange board we can handle any data logging needs our customers have.

With on-board, multi-year data logging abilities, collect and manage live and historical data. You can view and analyze data with pause and resume control of live plotting.

An interactive activity log records what the chamber calls for and allows you to add entries as you view the events currently being logged. 

Additionally, you can create custom datalog reports that allow you to zoom in on specific data points in a vivid graph or zoom out for an overall understanding of the profile behaviors.  You can look at custom specified date ranges including up to 8 years of data in the on-board archives. 

Custom color settings can be assigned, allowing you ultimate control when you are viewing your graph. Easily share data with collaborators or download the data at any point during or after testing has finished, either as a CSV or TSV file for permanent records.

This paperless controller digitally and securely stores data on a 1 GB internal non-volatile memory. There are USB and SD card memory keys to retrieve the data after collection, and it has ethernet networking capabilities. The eZtrend comes with a 5.7-inch, color-active TFT-type display and supports up to 12 directly connected analog inputs that handle T/C, RTD, and Linear input sensor types.

Description The sensor measures temperature, relative humidity and the dew or frost point and is designed for OEM applications. The transmitter consists of a probe that is hard wired to a small open board with a 2 m / 6.5 ft cable. This sensor offers fast response and exceptional stability, even in high humidity environments. Description A network enabled Gas Sensor Module with the brilliance to provide Sentry, 4-20 mA or Modbus output. A true loop powered (14-32 VDC) trace oxygen transmitter designed to provide accurate and dependable trace oxygen measurements in a variety of background gases. Measurement ranges available are from 0-10 PPM to 0-20,000 PPM. A 4-20 mADC output is provided that can be used with a data logger, recorder, PLC, DCS, etc. Options include pressure regulators, flow meters, sample filters, and explosion proof (NEMA 7) housings.
