3. Calibration & Functional Testing

AES Installation Services by Chamber Type
First and foremost, we’re here to support you. Before your test chamber arrives, AES will set you up for success during the sales process. To prepare you for a smooth installation, our team will work alongside you to make sure you have everything you need, such as electrical systems, the correct water hookup, and that your chamber can fit through your doorway.
Although most of our chambers are considered plug-and-play, should you require our expert services, you can opt for our installation add-on option for each chamber type.
Small and Reach-In Chambers
AES factory-trained representatives onsite to oversee the installation, guiding the following:
- Connection of utilities to the chamber
- Chamber start-up and introductory training
- Validation operation of the chamber after installation
- Calibration of the chamber after installation
- User training of chamber with designated representatives
Battery Test Chambers
AES requires oversight of battery test chamber installation. We assist with the following:
- Hook up of all channels from cycler to ATP
- Ensure cycler interface panel is synced with AESONE CONNECT®
- Collaboration with cycler manufacturers to connect and verify channel connection
Walk-In Room Test Chambers
