3. Calibration & Functional Testing
Following installation, we calibrate your chamber using NIST-traceable equipment. Our technicians conduct rigorous testing to verify accuracy, performance, and system integration—ensuring your chamber meets your exact testing requirements.

4. User Training
AES offers hands-on training for your team, covering operational basics, best practices, and troubleshooting. We ensure your team feels confident running tests and maintaining chamber efficiency.

5. Ongoing Service & Support
Our partnership doesn’t stop after installation. You’ll have continued access to our expert support team for service visits, preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and system upgrades for the life expectancy of your chamber. If purhcasing a chamber through AES, we keep your chamber running for 10+ years.

First and foremost, we’re here to support you. Before your test chamber arrives, AES will set you up for success during the sales process. To prepare you for a smooth installation, our team will work alongside you to make sure you have everything you need, such as electrical systems, the correct water hookup, and that your chamber can fit through your doorway. 

Although most of our chambers are considered plug-and-play, should you require our expert services, you can opt for our installation add-on option for each chamber type.  

Small and Reach-In Chambers

AES factory-trained representatives onsite to oversee the installation, guiding the following:

• Connection of utilities to the chamber
• Chamber start-up and introductory training
• Validation operation of the chamber after installation
• Calibration of the chamber after installation
• User training of chamber with designated representatives

Battery Test Chambers

AES requires oversight of battery test chamber installation. We assist with the following:

• Hook up of all channels from cycler to ATP
• Ensure cycler interface panel is synced with AESONE CONNECT®
• Collaboration with cycler manufacturers to connect and verify channel connection

Walk-In Room Test Chambers

A full group of AES team members come onsite to assist with installation and support the following: 

• Panel rebuild
• Test the chamber to make sure all connections are built
• Chamber start-up and introductory training

What on-site preparations are required?
Clear space, stable floor, utility access, and ambient room temperature are key. AES will guide you through the full checklist.

Can you install test chambers from other manufacturers?
Yes, AES technicians are experienced in working with environmental test chambers from all manufacturers. We offer third-party installations, retrofits, and modifications upon request.

Can environmental chambers be relocated and reinstalled?
Yes. AES offers equipment relocation services, including disassembly, transport coordination, reinstallation, and recalibration. This ensures your chamber maintains accuracy and functionality even after a move.
