Environmental Test Chambers
Temperature Test Chambers
GAIN PRECISE CONTROL OVER YOUR TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS
AES offers floor and benchtop temperature chambers that give you precise control over testing conditions.
The FD Series features floor models, ranging in internal volume from 1 cubic foot to 64 cubic feet and capable, depending on the chamber, of reaching temperatures from -70°C to 180°C (-94°F to 356°F).
The SD Series features benchtop chambers. They range in internal volume from 1 cubic foot to 8 cubic feet.
The SC Series includes the SC-508 and SC-512, the most powerful benchtop chambers in the world.
Both the SD and SC Series are stackable, enabling you to optimize lab space and test more efficiently.
Humidity Test Chambers
TEST YOUR PRODUCTS IN CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CONDITIONS.
AES enables you to test products in controlled conditions with its leading temperature and humidity chambers. These high-performance chambers can reach temperatures from -70°C to +180°C (-94°F to 356°F) and relative humidity from 10% to 98% (depending on the model).
The LH Series is available in benchtop or floor models and ideal for steady-state or stability testing.
The BHD Series features stackable, benchtop humidity chambers, enabling you to optimize lab space and test more efficiently.
The SCH Series features the most powerful benchtop chambers in the world, ideal for cycling.
The HD Series features floor models (available internal volume of 2 cubic feet to 96 cubic feet) with fast change rates to conduct high-performance testing and cycling.
Desiccant air dryers and high humidity sensors are optional features to reach extremely low or high humidity conditions.
Battery Test Chambers
TEST YOUR BATTERIES EFFICIENTLY, EFFECTIVELY, AND SAFELY.
AES’s All Test Platform chambers and fixtures enable you to test nearly any battery cell type in controlled conditions.
The patented ATPPRIME is designed to fit specially engineered AES environmental test chambers. It can be configured for cylindrical, prismatic, pouch, coin, and pack cells, and feature up to 48 channels per shelf.
Patent-pending ATPHEAVY enables high-amperage battery testing for large format cells.
ATPFLEX fixtures come in cylindrical, prismatic, pouch, and coin cell configurations and can be added to existing chambers.
Thermal Shock Test Chambers
QUICKLY AND AUTONOMOUSLY TRANSFER TEST ITEMS REPEATEDLY BETWEEN HOT AND COLD ENVIRONMENTS.
SM Series chambers feature two compartments that enable you to conduct thermal shock testing. Each compartment can be set to a temperature extreme with a pneumatic basket safely transferring your products between zones. The SM Series is capable of reaching temperatures from -70°C to +180°C (-94°F to 356°F), with boost cooling options including LN2 and CO2. A third, ambient zone can also be added.
Salt Spray Test Chambers
SUBJECT YOUR PRODUCTS TO A CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENT WITHOUT INTRODUCING OTHER CONTAMINANTS INTO THE TEST AREA.
Salt spray chambers in the MX Series enable you to test the corrosive-resistance of your products. These units are made of high-quality Lucite®️ plexiglass that’s impervious to corrosion while providing continuous direct visual observation of the test item.
The MX Series features highly reliable thermostatic temperature controllers that maintain the salt solution at a preset temperature in a reservoir within a double-wall construction. The salt solution is introduced into the test chamber through an atomizing nozzle.
MX series chambers are utilized to evaluate the corrosive properties of a wide range of products such as phosphate surfaces, zinc plating, and paint coatings.
Laboratory Ovens & Liquid Cooled Ovens
MAINTAIN PRECISE TEMPERATURES IN CONTROLLED, HIGHLY STABLE OVENS.
The BD Series features laboratory ovens capable of providing highly stable, controlled, forced hot air circulation to meet your testing needs. These ovens are ideal for moisture drying, aging, baking and curing test applications.
All BD models come with cooling options in the form of a liquid-cooled refrigeration system and LN2 or liquid CO2 boost cooling.
Walk-In Rooms
AES STRUCTURAL AND MODULAR WALK-IN ROOMS ARE BUILT TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
Walk-in rooms are designed to accommodate large products, including vehicles and other forms of transportation, or high volumes of products. They’re available in structural or panel models with control over temperature and humidity conditions.
Custom Test Chambers
GET A CHAMBER THAT’S DESIGNED TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS.
Get in touch with the AES team to discuss your testing requirements. The engineers can modify existing test chambers with available options or design a completely custom unit to support specific testing needs.
Some popular custom options are additional and custom port sizes, optional voltage, and a vibration platform.
