AES 2025 Year in Review: Expanding Capabilities and Driving Innovation

2025 BLOG HEADER

As 2025 comes to a close, Associated Environmental Systems (AES) is proud to look back on a year defined by growth, innovation, and continued investment in the industries and customers we proudly serve. From major product launches to the expansion of our national service team and the commencement of our facility expansion, 2025 propelled AES into a new chapter of growth and customer-focused innovation.

A Major Milestone: AES Expands to North Chelmsford

One of the most significant announcements of the year is our upcoming facility expansion to North Chelmsford, scheduled to begin in 2026.

This new building represents far more than additional square footage; it symbolizes the next chapter for AES. With more room for production, engineering, and collaboration, the expansion will enable us to take on larger, more complex, and highly customized environmental test chambers at scale. It also reflects our long-term investment in U.S. manufacturing. Every AES chamber is proudly made in the USA, and our new facility ensures that we continue to build products with the craftsmanship, precision, and reliability our customers expect. The site will even feature a dedicated outdoor testing space. This exciting addition that will open new opportunities for customer product development and advancement.

Product Innovation: FUSION and QUANTUM Series Debuts

Innovation remained at the heart of AES in 2025 as we introduced two major product lines designed to solve some of the most pressing challenges in battery testing and high-performance computing.

The FUSION Series – Powered by AES + MACCOR

Fusion for History page

Developed in partnership with MACCOR, the FUSION Series is a fully integrated battery testing solution that combines environmental chambers, battery cyclers, fixtures, wiring, and unified control software into one pre-configured system. By eliminating traditional communication and integration delays between multiple vendors, FUSION gives developers a faster, more reliable way to validate cells, modules, and packs. The system arrives ready for immediate use—accelerating setup, reducing risk, and allowing teams to focus on results instead of troubleshooting.

The QUANTUM Series – Built for High Live Load Demands

To support the rapid expansion of AI and high-density data center infrastructure, AES launched the QUANTUM Series, starting with the QUANTUM WR-5246-40. Engineered for extreme high live load applications—up to 250 kW—the QUANTUM platform was developed in collaboration with a leading HPC manufacturer and refined through extensive field testing. Features such as seamless roll-in server rack integration, precision airflow control, and customizable configurations make it an ideal solution for validating GPUs, CPUs, ASICs, and other high-power electronics under real-world conditions.

Expanding Our National Service TeamSeattle-1-1

To support our customers more effectively nationwide, AES significantly expanded its Service Department in 2025. We added expert field technicians across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Southwest, Northwest, West, and Great Lakes regions. This expansion strengthens our ability to deliver rapid-response service, preventive maintenance, and on-site support anywhere in the U.S. It reflects our commitment to long-term customer success and our belief that the lifetime care of a chamber is just as critical as its design.

Industry Leadership, Engagement & Growth

AES continued its longstanding presence at top industry trade shows, including:

  • The International Battery Seminar in Orlando, FL.IMG_1859
  • The Battery Show in Detroit, MI
  • Anaheim Electronics and Manufacturing Show in Anaheim, CA
  • Advanced Automotive Battery Conference (AABC) in Las Vegas, NV

This year, AES’s very own Nicholas DiCeglie, Account Executive, Sales, made his speaking debut.
He presented
Increasing Success and Safety in Battery Testing on the Battery Safety Track at the International Battery Seminar.

Looking ahead to 2026, AES will return to all of the above events and will make its debut appearance at the Del Mar Electronics and Manufacturing Show in San Diego. If you see us on the show floor, don’t hesitate to stop and say hello. We’re always excited to connect, collaborate, and share the latest innovations in environmental testing.

Every year, AES attends the Pennsylvania College Fair in the Fall and Spring to meet the next generation of engineers, technicians, future leaders, and innovators. As our team continues to grow, we look forward to welcoming new talent who share our passion for problem-solving and precision engineering.

Looking Ahead

This year positioned AES for an exciting and ambitious 2026. With our new facilities on the horizon, continued product innovation, expanded field support, and a growing presence at industry events nationwide, AES is stronger and more future-ready than ever.

Here’s to an exciting year ahead full of innovation, growth, and new opportunities to support our customers with excellence.
