AES Service Text Messages: Terms

Associated Environmental Systems ("AES") sends text messages about service visits to the on-site contacts of customers whose environmental test chambers AES services. Messages include visit confirmations, a reminder the day before a visit, technician arrival updates and notices when work is complete. You can reply to confirm, reschedule or ask a question, and an AES coordinator will answer. We do not send marketing messages.
HOW TO SIGN UP?
You can sign up by phone or by email.
PHONE:
When you schedule a service visit with an AES coordinator by phone, the coordinator asks whether you want service text messages at your mobile number and reads you this statement: "Would you like text messages from AES about this service visit, such as confirmations, reminders and technician arrival updates, at this number?" Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our text terms and privacy policy are on our website.
EMAIL:
When you request service by email, the coordinator's reply includes this statement: "Would you like text messages from AES about this service visit, such as confirmations, reminders and technician arrival updates?" If so, reply YES with your mobile number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

You sign up by replying YES with your mobile number. We text you only if you say yes, and we record your consent.
Message frequency: Varies with your service activity, typically one to five messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to sign up again.
