AES' patent-pending ATPHEAVY is a battery test fixture designed to accommodate battery testing up to 1000 amps. The self-contained fixture fits into a specially engineered environmental test chamber to maximize airflow and keep constant temperature conditions. The ATPHEAVY fixture comes standard with the ability to handle up to 8 high amperage batteries.

The ATPHEAVY is configured to provide safe and easy placement of multiple, high amperage batteries into an environmental test chamber. The ATPHEAVY combines multiple components critical for battery testing into a scalable, safe, high density battery testing platform.

Temperature Range: -20°C to 80°C (-4°F to +176°F) Standard Maximum Current: up to 1000 amps, continuous at ambient. Please inquire for higher amperage applications.
