We've developed an integrative sales approach at Associated Environmental Systems (AES), a leading environmental test chamber manufacturer. Our sales leaders team works closely with AES design engineers, as they meet weekly to discuss design options to make the customer's ideal chamber possible. The sales team also meets with production teams weekly and sometimes even daily to ensure that their customer's chamber is going through our efficient manufacturing process and will meet customer deadlines. AES can quickly address customer-specific environmental test chamber needs by coordinating communication between the customer, the sales team, the production teams, and the design engineers early in the process.

Aaron Robinson, VP of Sales and Service

Aaron_RobinsonAaron Robinson has been in the environmental test chamber industry since 1992. Bringing decades of experience, he has a deep understanding of the products and a passion for engineering. Aaron leverages his extensive industry knowledge to help customers meet their testing goals. Especially if you're in the battery testing industry, Aaron collaborates closely with our CTO to tailor our patented and patent-pending solutions to craft your perfect battery testing set up for now and account for future testing. Mark Pedley, Account Executive: Central

Before transitioning to a sales role, Mark gained hands-on experience in refrigeration, electrical assembly, and test inspection. This extensive background allows him to understand exactly what business leaders need in a test chamber. Bob Laudisi, Account Executive/Sales Engineer: East Coast

He started as a Technical Sales Engineer in our West Coast office in Silicon Valley, working closely with Aaron. Now, as an East Coast Account Manager, Bob collaborates with customers to find the perfect chamber solutions for their testing needs. With his diverse background and technical expertise, Bob is here to help you navigate your testing challenges and find the ideal solution. Nick DiCeglie, Account Executive: West Coast

IMG_2502Nick, a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Applied Business and Economics, joined the AES team just a year ago. Starting as a Sales Development Representative, he quickly made his mark by researching the latest innovations in battery testing. Collaborating closely with our VP of Sales in Silicon Valley, Nick quickly transitioned to Account Manager on the West Coast. In this role, he has been instrumental in developing new accounts and expanding existing ones, driving growth. With his background in sales and marketing, Nick is eagerly learning from our seasoned team members. John O'Rourke, Vice President

John-HeadshotWith over 40 years of experience, John O'Rourke has been an integral part of AES since he started as an intern in 1985. Over the years, John has seen it all – from the shift from analog to digital controllers to the development of our AESONE CONNECT remote monitoring software and the development and expansion of our All Test Platform (ATP). John is an integral part of the team as he inspects every chamber before it leaves the building, ensuring it meets our high standards and customer expectations. Specializing in parts and international sales, John truly understands what our customers want from their investments.
