AES's ATPHEAVY Cassette is a next-generation battery fixture purpose-built for high-current, high-density testing in large-volume environmental test chambers. Optimized for EV, eVTOL, and energy storage applications, this system reimagines how battery testing is performed at scale.
Each cassette supports up to two independent channels and features a fixed-shelf, removable-cassette design allowing operators to swap full cassettes with ease, without needing to access or adjust an entire test shelf. A simple ejector latch at the base streamlines cell replacement while reducing handling errors and improving operator safety.
All cabling is fixed within the chamber, routed through a robust backplane that eliminates the need for long, external wire runs. This configuration not only simplifies setup and connections, but also enhances chamber airflow—critical for accurate thermal management in high-power testing scenarios.

Standard Maximum Current: up to 600 amps, continuous at ambient. Please inquire for higher amperage applications.
