Prismatic And Pouch Cell - 64 Channels - 20 Amp
AES' patented ATPPRIME is a battery test system designed to hold up to 64 channels over four full-extension shelves. The self-contained fixture fits into a specially engineered environmental test chamber to maximize airflow and keep constant temperature conditions. The Cable Chain keeps wiring organized as shelves slide in and out for seamless cell swapping.
Prismatic cells connect via two separate spring-loaded clips. Gold contacts at connection points ensure you get the best charge and discharge of each cell and Kelvin sensing, or four-terminal wire sensing, offer accurate readings for each channel. A two-foot patch cord connects to your battery cyclers interconnect cables for an easy connection.
Standard range: -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F)
Optional extended range -40°C to +150°C (-40°F to +302°F)
Standard Maximum Current: up to 20 amps, continuous at ambient.
