ADDITIONAL ONBOARD INSTRUMENTATION

CONTROLLER:

WATLOW F4T PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER. Features a 4.3" capacitive touchscreen, minimizing the chance for error. Ethernet communication supported by AESONE CONNECT®. View controller options

SENSORS:

  • RTD — 100 OHM PLATINUM: Measured at the point of airflow entering the workspace. Class A, 3-wire platinum resistance sensor. Standard on all chambers.
  • VAISALA HMM100 RELATIVE HUMIDITY SENSOR: Measured at the point of airflow entering the workspace. Airflow speed does not affect measurement. Highly accurate between 10–95% RH over the entire operating range of −70°C to +180°C (−94°F to +356°F). (Optional)
  • TYPE T THERMOCOUPLE: Connects to the limit controller for safety monitoring. (Additional Purchase)
  • TYPE K THERMOCOUPLE: Available on SAFE Series chambers only. Connected to heaters to monitor heater temperature and trigger alarms in the event of an overheat condition. Not a product thermocouple. (Additional Purchase)
  • HIGH HUMIDITY HEATED SENSOR: Replaces the standard RH sensor and enables testing up to 98% RH. The heated probe prevents condensation and maintains accuracy across high humidity, vacuum, and pressurized environments. (Upgrade Available)
