*Rise and pull-down rates calculated using IEC 60068-3-5 standard. Custom options available.
*Ideal ambient temperature conditions for test chambers is 23°C (73.4°F). The temperature and humidity range of assured performance is between 15°C and 25°C (59°F/77°F) and 30-50% relative humidity. Conditions outside this range may affect the performance of your test chamber and reduce the lifespan of the equipment.

Applications
APPLICATIONS & USE CASES
The BD Series is AES's highly customizable line of laboratory ovens and liquid-cooled ovens — engineered as a custom shop where every chamber is tailored to the user's exact testing requirements. BD 900 Series lab ovens deliver stable, forced-air convection for drying, baking, curing, aging, and sterilizing, while BD 100 Series liquid-cooled ovens use LN2 or CO2 to achieve rapid temperature pull-downs for aggressive thermal cycling. With temperature ranges spanning -73°C to +220°C (and custom extensions beyond), ±0.5°C accuracy, and fully configurable size, airflow, insulation, controls, and safety logic, the BD Series adapts to each industry's most demanding thermal processing and qualification workflows.
